Have you ever wondered how many calories are consumed in any activity? Based on the latest scientific knowledge, this app integrates the calorie consumption of hundreds of different activities from many areas of life. Any diet can be supplemented by effective activity or adapted to the particular activity pattern.

The App is easy to use:

1. Set your gender and weight in the Settings-Tab

2. Search for the right activity in two different ways
• follow the menus
• use the instand search

The Detail-View shows you the burned calories of each activity calculated for different time spans (1, 5, 10, 30 and 60 minute(s)).



More than 800 activities, sorted in 21 categories and over 80 subcategories, can easily and quickly be found through a full text search.

The app is based on the metabolic equivalent (MET), which is used as a scientific unit to compare the energy consumption of different activities.

More activities measured than I could imagine. Exactly what I was looking for! Great job!
Okay
Good list of activities including daily living activities. The user interface is boring and not clearly presented. I had to flail around the app to find where to enter weight. Very little explanation or interpretation.
Eh...not at all accurate for anyone
From what I saw from this app it is a little inaccurate... I am a pt and nutritionist nd there is a lot of data missing... Such as if you are climbing a hill you need to know the incline yo do an accurate met eq but it doesnt give you that... Iffy at best... Would be better as a calc
Not what I expected
I was hoping it would tell me for specific exercise, but it just has general categories. It was a total waste of my money.
